The Awards timeline:

6th June Nominations Open
Anyone can nominate a business by clicking here.  Businesses can self-nominate by completing a nomination acceptance form.  Any business with premises in the Port Macquarie Hastings local government area is eligible to participate.

Businesses, register to vote: via the Awards website, so you can vote in the Business Choice categories (Port Chamber and Hastings BEN members and awards participants are automatically registered, other participating businesses must have premises within the Port Macquarie Hastings Local Government Area). 

19th July Nominations & Voting Registration Closes
All nominated business names will then be published in the Port Macquarie News

21st July Deadline for Nomination Acceptance Forms to be returned to Port Chamber

26th July Deadline for Judged Category Applications to be returned to Port Chamber

25th July Voting Commences! 
People’s Choice Voting is via the Port News, Business Choice Category Voting is via an on-line survey.

27th Jul– 19th Aug Judging of Independently Judged Categories 

13th Aug on-line Business Choice Category Voting Closes
The top four businesses in each voted category will be published in the Port News and on this website

17-24 th August Voting for Business to Business Choice
The (4) finalists of each of the business choice categories are compiled for a final business vote on who is their Business to Business Choice winner for 2010.  Voting is again via an on-line survey.

20th August Voting closes for People’s Choice

2nd September Gala Dinner
The Awards Gala Dinner will be held at Panthers Port Macquarie.  The last three years have been a sell out so be early in booking your tickets through the Port Macquarie Chamber of Commerce.
